I got a RELM / Regency WHS150 Handheld VHF Radio it comes with Radio Shack Mic.and new battery and new 12 volt lighter charger.It is in good working order and is Field Programmable.This is a link that has how to program it and owners manual.It is hard to read the writing for buttons on the radio do to uses they are rubbed off but in the owner manual you can see what each button is.http://www.relm.com/Sections/Service/RELM_Manuals.asp
